Tree & hedge trimming, tree removal
Branch trimming and yard cleanup for a managed residential property.
Overhanging branches cut back, hedges trimmed, and trees taken down when they need to go — on private property in Mount Carmel, Chippawa and the Garner Road area, with the brush hauled away.

The photo is from one of our Niagara Falls jobs: a managed property where branches were hanging over the fence line into the yard. They came down with a pole saw, and the yard was cleaned up after.
A quote lists every tree, hedge and limb in scope, and says where the brush goes. If any of it is on the City's side of the line, the quote says that too.

Oak wilt was confirmed in Canada for the first time in 2023, on a residential property in Niagara Falls. The fungus gets in through fresh cuts and can kill a red oak within weeks. CFIA's surveys found none in 2025, but its advice hasn't changed: don't prune oaks between April and November. We follow it.
Niagara Region picks up bundled branches for only four weeks in spring and four in fall, and never stumps or large limbs. After a real trimming job, that's why the brush leaving with the crew matters.
In Niagara Falls a tree belongs to the City if half or more of it stands on the road allowance, and residents may not prune City trees. If the tree in question straddles the line, we'll say so before anyone cuts.
On a managed property the usual trimming job isn't a big tree — it's the branches that creep over a fence, a walkway or a roof over a few seasons. Cutting them back on a schedule costs less than one storm bringing them down.

Oak leaves wilting and browning in summer, starting from the top of the tree and working down, sometimes dropping while still partly green. If you see that on an oak in Niagara Falls, report it to CFIA before anyone cuts it.
Yes. Trees and hedges can go on the grounds scope for each property, trimmed on a schedule rather than after a complaint.
Only from December to March. CFIA advises against pruning oaks between April and November, and oak wilt's first Canadian case was found in Niagara Falls.
If half or more of the tree is on the road allowance, it's a City tree and residents can't prune it. Call the City's forestry staff.

Yes — cuttings and brush leave with us. Niagara Region won't take stumps or large limbs at the curb, so that matters more than it sounds.
