Tree & hedge trimming, tree removal
Branch trimming and yard cleanup for a managed residential property.
Grass cutting, trimming, cleanups and eavestroughs in Mount Carmel, Chippawa and the Garner Road area — plus roofing, fences and sod. Homes and managed residential properties.

Every job on this page is ours: a managed property where overhanging branches came down and the yard was cleared, a front lawn cut into clean stripes, and a big open lawn we cut on the stand-on mower.

Working in Niagara Falls
In 2023, an arborist quoting a tree removal on a residential property in Niagara Falls spotted what CFIA confirmed as oak wilt — the first case in the country. None was found anywhere in the 2025 survey, but the advice stands: no pruning oaks from April to November.
The city's newest growth is on its west edge. The Garner West Secondary Plan covers 183.5 hectares between Lundy's Lane, Garner Road, McLeod Road and Beechwood Road — an urban expansion area still being planned. New houses mean new lawns, and new lawns need a first season of steady cutting.
Niagara Falls lets residential fences go up to 2.5 m in the rear yard and 1 m in the front. Only a pool enclosure needs a permit. That extra half-metre over several neighbouring towns makes a real privacy fence possible.
Chippawa was its own village on the Welland River — once called Chippawa Creek — until it joined Niagara Falls in 1970. South of the city, the land flattens out into clay; Lyons Creek, which runs into the Welland River here, crosses flat country with clay soils that hold water after rain.

The City's Weeping Tile Removal Assistance Program covers 100% of the cost, up to $4,000, to disconnect weeping tile and add a sump pump, plus up to $1,200 for a backwater valve. It doesn't cover downspouts — but eavestroughs that empty well away from the foundation are the easy part to fix first.
As it builds out, yes. The Garner Road area is one of the three parts of Niagara Falls we cover, with Mount Carmel and Chippawa.
Mount Carmel, Chippawa and the Garner Road area. If you're nearby and not sure, ask — it's a quick answer.
No. Our snow routes run in St. Catharines and Thorold. In Niagara Falls we do property maintenance and exterior contracting from spring to late fall.
Yes. The branch trimming and yard cleanup on this page was for a managed residential property, and managed sites are quoted with a written scope per property, the same as a single home.
