Is a quote free?
Yes. Quotes are free and in writing — scope, frequency and price on paper before any work starts.
What happens after I send the form?
Someone from the crew follows up to arrange a look at the property. Sending the form is a request, not a booking — nothing is scheduled until you've seen the quote and said yes.
Do you need to see the property first?
Yes. A walk of the site comes before every quote, so the price reflects the actual property rather than a guess from a photo.
I manage several properties. How do I start?
Choose “Multiple properties / portfolio” on the form and say roughly how many sites there are. We'll ask for the list and quote each one with its own written scope.
