Grass cutting, trimming and edging on a set schedule in Mount Carmel, Chippawa and the Garner Road area — from a single front lawn to the common areas of a managed property.

The photos are ours: a front lawn in Niagara Falls push-mowed into clean stripes, and a big open lawn crossed on the stand-on mower. Small lot or large, the cut is the same — even, trimmed and edged.
Lawn care & grass cutting in Niagara Falls
One of our regular Niagara Falls lawns is a front yard on a quiet residential street, push-mowed so the trim lines and stripes stay tight. A front lawn is the whole street's view of the house, so the edging along the walk and the curb gets the same attention as the cut itself.
The Garner Road area is where Niagara Falls is still growing — the city's Garner West plan alone covers 183.5 hectares of expansion land. A lawn on a new build is thin for its first seasons, and cutting it often and not too short is what thickens it up.
The conservation authority maps floodplains along Beaverdams, Shriner's and Ten Mile creeks in Niagara Falls. Yards that back onto those creeks stay wet longest after heavy rain, and the lowest corner of the lot is usually the last to be ready for a mower.
Around Chippawa and the Welland River the ground is flat and heavy with clay. It stays soft after rain, so after a wet stretch we cut when the lawn can take the mower, not just when the calendar says — ruts in clay last all season.

Yes. A new-build lawn there is usually thin for its first season or two. Regular cutting at a sensible height, rather than scalping it short, is what helps it fill in and crowd out weeds.
Often, yes. The ground around Chippawa is flat, heavy clay, so low spots hold water. If it's the same patch every time, the grade is the fix — sometimes with new sod on a proper base — not more cutting.
About once a week through the spring flush, less in the dry heat of midsummer, and more again in the fall. Your scope sets the frequency so you always know.
Yes. The first visit is a cleanup — long grass cut down in stages if it needs it, walks and edges uncovered — and then the regular schedule keeps it there.
Yes. Mount Carmel, Chippawa and the Garner Road area are the parts of Niagara Falls we cover.
Yes. Spring and fall cleanups can be written into the same scope as the cutting, so the season starts and ends on the calendar instead of a phone call.
