After spending eight years in the banking industry, Mykal balanced his professional life with a growing side project—building Escarpment Contracting from the ground up while working as a Senior Small Business Advisor at a leading local financial institution. During that time, he not only grew his own business but also helped countless small business owners navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship, using his expertise to accelerate their success.
Recognizing the opportunity to combine his business acumen with his passion for property maintenance, Mykal made the bold decision to leave his corporate role and dedicate himself fully to Escarpment Contracting.
